'Today was a glorious day for my 22.39 miles ride. Charity Miles did not function properly and only credited me with 4 miles and some change. My legs were screaming at me the first few miles. It’s been several days since my last ride of any substance. I felt good for the last 15 miles or so though. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with: -Regular cycling, -Frequent resistance training and -Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating are the main elements to my fitness plan.
